We are seeking an experienced, reliable and responsible maintenance worker to join our team of reputable restaurant and catering service provider based in Nicosia.

Performs general and preventative maintenance including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical and associated building trades

Performs general and preventative maintenance in the restaurant compound, common areas, garden and any other area deemed necessary.

Assists in smooth running of day-to-day operations, equipment etc. placement.
- Ad hoc assignmnents
- Must possess one-two years experience in general maintenance preferably in a hotel / resort setting;
- Must possess a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and associated building trades;
- Must be able to perform pool, garden and overall compound care and maintenance;
- Must be able to perform grass cutting, watering and other gardening activities;
- Must be able to prioritize work load;
- Must be fluent in English and/or Greek language;
- Must be able to work any day, any schedule based on need;
- Must be honest and willing to work with enthusiastic approach;
- Must posses a residence and work permit in Cyprus.
