We are seeking to recruit a full-time Italian Customer Support Agent. The candidate will have overall responsibility of providing after-sales support to clients with the highest level of service. Fluency in both Italian and English (written and verbal) is a must.
- Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
- Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
- Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
- Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
- Fluent in both English and Italian language – written & verbal
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills (Italian and English) – written & verbal
- Previous experience in the Forex industry
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MT4 platform
- IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
