On behalf of our client, a Limassol based boutique financial advisory firm we are seeking to recruit for the position of Junior Office Administrator.
From this position, you will be mainly responsible but not limited to carrying out the following list of duties:
Job Description:
· Provide ongoing support to the head of administration
· Type, scan and archive documents
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Deal with incoming calls and assist with client queries
· Ensure that the front desk remains organized at all times
· Greet visitors and escort them to the relevant departments
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of identical work experience
· Diploma in either Executive Secretarial Studies or Office Administration preferred
· Computer Literate with MS Office Applications
· Professional proficiency in English
· Excellent Organizing and Communicating Skills
