Job Description
Our client is a reputable investment firm with offices in Limassol that is currently looking for a Front Desk Representative. The successful candidate will be fluent both in English and Greek with previous experience in a similar role as well as good communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages when necessary
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels and arranging their delivery via private courier or post
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide office support and clerical services
- Arrange for the preparation and set-up of the board room when meetings or presentations are held.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings, conference calls etc
- Assist HR in making travel arrangements for business trips when necessary
- Collaborating and assisting HR in various tasks when required
- Assist management in creating and preparing presentations
- Provide word processing support, typing documents and summarizing reports for management when required
- Keeping up to date with general filing system and all daily correspondence
- Assist managers with filing when required
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s facilities
- Take up other duties as assigned when necessary
Requirements
- University graduate in relevant field
- Previous experience in a relevant role
- Fluency in English and Greek languages at a professional level
- Proficient in the use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
