5-7 years post qualification experience
- Working experience with companies in off-shore jurisdictions and EU – Cyprus is essential, experience with companies in Luxembourg would be an advantage
- Legal generalist
- Legal Support of M&A (experience in Private Equity would be an advantage)
- Experience in banking compliance, opening/ closing bank, custody & broker accounts
- Transactional compliance, audit of beneficiaries, counterparties (KYC)
- Excellent project management skills
- Playing role of a director in Cypriot and off-shore companies
Must be fluent in Russian & English
