Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  •  Reporting to the Head of Compliance making recommendations for the department by monitoring and assessing the level of compliance risk that the Company faces.
  •  Reviewing and updating Company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CySEC rules and regulations.
  •  Support the Head of Compliance with the monitoring and assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures and procedures put in place and designed to detect any risk of failure by   the Company to comply with its obligations under Law 87(I) 2017, as well as the associated risks.
  •  Assist with the implementation of the Company’s Compliance/Affiliate/Sale Monitoring Program according to CySEC Compliance Guidelines.
  •  Implementing the Company's Compliance/Affiliate/Sale Monitoring Program by carrying out periodic audits and provide reports.
  •  Drafting written reports in relation to Company’s Compliance/Affiliate/Sale Monitoring Program audits performed.
  •  Monitor Company’s Affiliate’s Marketing Activities in relation to the Company’s Affiliate and Marketing Policy and ensure their compliance with the regulatory guidelines.
  •  Being updated with changes in the legal framework making relevant suggestions to the Head of Compliance.
  •  Responding to compliance enquiries.
  •  Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.
Required Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Legal, Finance or Economics field or similar
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Strong analytical and Microsoft office experience
  • Experience within regulated company would be considered an advantage
  • Preferably holding CySEC Certificates of Professional Competence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and an additional language (Spanish, German, Italian, Polish etc will be consider an advantage)
