Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliates Sales Executive for their Affiliate team. The Affiliates Sales Executive role is for an individual that wants to do things better and values the opportunity to learn and develop.
Job Responsibilities
- Call new affiliates, introduce the company and ascertain the needs of the affiliate
- Manage the retention of affiliates and their clients to ensure maximum capacity
- To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Affiliate Team Leader
- Following up on leads for prospective clients
- Conduct an induction to new clients regarding their affiliate panel and how to utilize the systems available to them
- Negotiate and inform affiliates of the commission structure they will work with
- Communicate to affiliates the various promotions, products and marketing campaigns currently active
- Approve application forms along with documents using KYC procedure of potential affiliates
- Establishing and supporting all partners, affiliates and institutional brokers through various support channels e.g. email, Skype, and telephone
- Arrange meetings, either face to face or remote, with clients to drive business development
Requirements
- University or college degree
- 2 years experience in sales or similar role
- Fluency in English plus an additional language
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated and target orientated individual
