Job Description
Our client is a well-established investment firm that continues to enjoy strong growth, and is rapidly expanding its workforce. They are currently looking for a German speaker to take the role of the Client Relationship.
Job Responsibilities
- Intelligently discuss with clients the financial markets and the factors that move them in an eloquent manner.
- Assist clients with account inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients via phone, e-mail and live chat.
- Create customized solutions for clients’ needs.
- Assist in gathering the required documentation from clients in order to speed up the account opening and deposit / withdrawal process.
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients via phone and e-mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and command of the English language
- University Degree in Finance or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial sector will be considered an advantage
- CySEC Basic / Advance Certification will be considered an advantage
