Rio Ab Turbio LTD is looking to recruit an experienced Affiliate Manager for its office in Limassol /Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• To establish and execute campaigns resulting in the expansion of company’s affiliates
• Assisting affiliates to provide maximum revenues and exposure
• Manage affiliate communication/relations by maintaining a direct and on daily basis communication with them
• Optimise company’s affiliate programme through existing and new networks
• Evaluate and optimise affiliate offerings
• Procced with payments of big affiliates
• Run marketing tests to maximise affiliate retention and sales
• Monitor payment solutions and products
• Recruitment/headhunt of new affiliates and review websites

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Affiliate Commission Schemes
