Our client an established and CySec registered Forex company are seeking to recruit a Chinese speaking Back Office Officer for their Nicosia office.
Job Description
- Dealing with client account requests such as change of account type, account currency, leverage
- Responding to client requests and inquiries via email
- Validating documentation provided by clients
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, refunds and chargebacks
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in a business-related field is considered an advantage
- Experience in a similar position will be a plus
- Native Chinese speaker with good oral and written skills in English
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Computer and numerically literate
