Job Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve all incoming support channels (support tickets, phone calls, live chat, )
- Discern customer confusion from issues of any nature
- Communicate and propose resolution of key issues to the customer support lead
- Address customers' requests, problems, and suggestions
- Analyze, categorize, and prioritize these requests
- Be involved in the improvement of the company's workflows through your feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in both Bulgarian and Russian
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a great advantage
