Our client, a IT Security Solutions Company based in Limassol is looking to hire a Security Engineer for their team based here in Cyprus.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Very good understanding of Networks and Networking Protocols (OSI Model)
- Experience with IT System and Network Management - Windows and Linux
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls (CISCO, Checkpoint, Juniper etc.), Web Filtering, Email Security, End-point Security etc.
- Basic troubleshooting experience (Wireshark, traceroute etc.)
- Excellent command of the English languages, both written and verbal
- Able to work within a team
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Readiness to work extra hours if needed
- Pleasant Personality
In addition the following experience will be an advantage:
- Experience with Strong Authentication, Access control, Intrusion Prevention/Detection Systems, Cryptography, Security policy and control development , information and event management/correlation, vulnerability scanning
- Experience with Penetration Testing tools
- Experience with Vulnerability Assessments
The working hours will be from 9h00 - 13h00 / 14h30 -18h00.
