· External Service & Support
• Phone calls/emails/tweets from the company's clients and interested candidates.
• Handling e-mails and White Label requests.
• Remote control and support to clients in cases such as technical failures/installation/uninstallation/setup/robots.
• Remotely open new accounts for clients with the system.
• Open/Close/Update transactions for clients at their request.
· Internal Service & Support
• Handling tasks and supporting the sales desks.
• Handling internal department’s tasks and projects.
· Operation & Control
• Alternating work shifts around the clock, including night shifts.
• Handling money deposits in trading accounts
• Handling withdrawals of client funds . The trading room is required to exam trading integrity, compliance with the terms of promotional events, bonuses and complete or partial expenses of bonuses depending on trading account withdrawals.
• Reset trading accounts after the loss of a bonus, withdrawal of the bonus from the account and updating the debit balance.
• Perform close financial risk monitoring.
• Maintain and monitor all trading systems.
• Examination of compliance with the terms of trade campaigns.
• Monitoring of live and demo server systems.
• Monitoring of the risk assessment system, defined clients, and trade events.
• When assigned, perform evaluation of new properties and integration with the trading system.
• Daily review of the current market situation and updates on global events. E.g.,
· Sales Enablement: Deliver service and support to the sales department. The role of the dealers is to teach the sales representatives about trading and capitals markets, as well as provide answers to questions about the trading system, trading conditions and financial issues.

· Fluent in one other language
