Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced FX sales person / account manager to handle new client sales and do account management for the company’s clients. We do not use aggressive or high volume sales and lead generation techniques. Therefore, leads provided will be high quality and we are looking for someone to hand them using a consultative sales approach with scheduled follow ups and impeccable record keeping.

XGLOBAL Markets is a retail Forex & CFD broker that offers trading via MT4 in Spot Forex, Spot Metals and Futures on Stock Indices, Commodities, Energies and Metals. The company is a pure STP brokerage so does not operate a dealing desk and the company targets are entirely volume based. We are happy to work with consistently profitable traders over the long-term and a good number of our active clients have been with us for years.

The role is office based in the head office of XGLOBAL Markets in Limassol, Cyprus.

Core Responsibilities

·         On-boarding of new clients

o   Phone & email real client sign ups and convert them into active clients

o   Phone & email demo clients with the aim to convert them into real clients

o   Phone & email leads produced for you by the marketing department with the aim of converting them into real clients

o   Follow up with all prospective clients that you have previously contacted and are still considered open leads (this should be done on a timely schedule)

·         Undertake account management services for the clients you are responsible for

o   Building personal relationships with your clients and getting to know them

o   Answering any queries that your clients may have in a timely fashion

o   Request any updated or additional KYC documents that may be required

·         Make notes on all client communication in the company CRM system (critical)

·         Understand all aspects of our offering in-depth and effectively communicate it to clients

·         Provide input to help the marketing department run effective lead generation campaigns

·         Score leads using information provided by client (open, interested, not interested, dead etc.)

·         Specialize on certain target markets (that you are suited for)

·         Receive professional training / certification, as requested by the company

Required Qualifications

·         Educated, preferably holding a relevant (Finance and/or Economics) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

·         High proficiency in English language (both written and spoken)

·         Fluent in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Malaysian, Indonesian or Chinese

·         Experience working in a professional B2C sales environment (you must have received sales training and/or have sufficient sales experience)

·         Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho etc

·         Experience working in the Forex niche

·         Significant experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Organised and methodical approach to work

Other Requirements

Special Consideration For (although not required)

·         Holds CySEC certification or any kind of relevant professional qualification

·         Experience trading Forex/CFD’s or other financial instruments

·         Understanding of financial instruments, contract specifications, margin requirements, pip value calculations etc.

·         Experience hosting online webinars, physical seminars or training courses

·         Experience with any kind of online marketing activities, website editing or relevant IT skills

·         Knowledge of sales methodologies
