Our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm, is seeking to recruit a Business Solutions Consultant to evaluate the demands in talking with the customer's representatives, and perform an end to end implementation of Business Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Propose innovative solutions to specific client issues
- Translate the client's information requirements into enterprise data models on a conceptual and logical level
- Take over responsibility for defining the application architecture
- Document business and technical requirements (blueprints)
- Provide client education and training
- Lead User Acceptance Testing
- Lead the project implementation team and handle the project office requirements
- Support consultants of the team
- Support the sales process for major opportunities
- Project account management
- Translate client business requirements into a system design
- Configure & Customize Business Solutions
- Advise and deliver data migration activities
- Provide post go-live support - both on client site and remotely
- Work to exacting project timelines and delivery requirements
- Assist in client education and training
- Prepare training documentation (user manuals)
- Document User Acceptance Testing
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in implementation and support of the specific Business Solution
- 5+ full-life cycle implementations
- Must obtain at least one product certification
- Good business process knowledge and skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong training and mentoring skills
- Ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with clients
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Competence and drive in delivering successful customer projects
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science or related field
- Fluent in Greek and English - both written and verbal
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HR, BI systems, Accounting or other Business Software
- Able to work well under pressure
- Show of initiative and self-motivation
