· Incoming calls: provide consultancy services for incoming calls from the customers;
· Perform the research in order to identify the potential customers;
· Make outgoing calls to the identified potential customers and arrange the meetings for Sales Department;
· Update the database: ensure the database is up-to-date in regards to the customers, meetings etc.
· Feedback on the meetings: perform the outgoing calls to the customers after the meeting with Sales Representative;
· Perform the reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ad-hoc reports requested by the management.
Requirements
· Written and oral fluency in English, Greek and Russian;
· A proven track record in working on the position of Call Center Operator;
· Highly motivated, fast-learner with a strong desire to invest efforts into own development, also possessing a high level of responsibility.
