Retention Officers – Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients an Online Trading company in Limassol we are looking to recruit Polish/Italian/Spanish/German (Native or Bilingual) Retention Officers to join their team in Limassol.
The Retention Officer, who will reporting to the Head of Sales, will be responsible for:
- Building, developing and maintaining professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails;
- Handling leads generated and then contacting these prospective clients and selling company’s Services;
- Providing information regarding the Company’s platforms and other services offered;
- Assisting clients who wish to open a trading account; Identifying business development opportunities for the Company;
- Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries; Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals/targets set by the Head of Sales; Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, building trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity;
- Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering;
- Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values;
- Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients; Maintaining high volume of client contact via phone, chat and email;
- Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients
Key Attributes
- Relevant sales experience in the Forex Industry would be considered as an advantage
