Job Description

Our client is a Fund Management company with offices in the Limassol. On behalf of our prestigious client we are seeking to recruit for the positon of an Office Administrator to join its team of business professionals at its headquarters in Limassol.

From this positon, you will be mainly responsible but not limited to carrying out the following list of duties:

·         Manage all front desk operations

·         Device, organize and maintain superb filing systems

·         Keeping diaries and arranging appointments

·         Scheduling and attending meetings

·         Creating agendas and taking minutes

·         Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

·         Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;

·         Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;

·         Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;

·         Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts;

·         Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

·         College or university graduate in Office Administration, Executive Secretarial Studies or similar

·         At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role

·         Professional Level English Language Skills

·         Proven track record of organizational skills

·         Person who understands the need for confidentiality

·         Pleasant personality with an excellent telephone manner
