Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to clients using iSPIRAL’s software products
2. Respond to feedback, train users and liaise with them on problems and queries
3. Report to the manager on a daily basis and assist in all aspects of engineering control and test support
4. Work in a team-oriented environment
5. Able to meet deadlines
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
2. Database experience with MS SQL Server
3. Good knowledge of C#, ASP.net and SQL
4. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
