Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring trends and reporting results with KPI reporting for both affiliates and company directors
• Providing a continual flow of feedback in an effort to optimize the company's hosted offer landing pages and creative materials
• Manage partner needs including deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup and general client support.
• Responsible for budgets, setting campaign timelines and business strategies for the department.
• Work on finding new websites, email marketing firms and other online resources that are willing to feature the company's brands.
• The goal is to keep as many active customers as possible by creating new and 'fresh' campaigns for affiliates, while providing incentive packages to top performing clients and offering bonuses based on a variety of performance-based initiatives.
• Attend shows that focus on the Forex and Binary industries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position is a must
• Fluency in English
• Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
