Our client, a Maritime Technology Company, is looking to hire three (3) Senior Software Developers/Engineers for their offices in Nicosia OR Larnaca.
The successful candidates will be focused on designing and developing software solutions for the Shipping Industry as well as managing the technical team as the company grows.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the company's senior team to leverage their broad range of knowledge and skills in shipping to design and develop a wide range of vital software solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Working directly with the company's executive team to:
-Design, develop and deliver the next version of the current software on time and on spec
-Design, develop and deliver new projects
-Research additional technology solutions and present options for consideration
-Participate in testing activities
-Develop documentation and diagrams to support any code development
-Bring enthusiasm, ideas and energy to the team
-Work hard and be part of an ambitious and driven company
Desired Skills and Experience:
-University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study
-4-5 years proven experience in WPF.Net development (C#)
-Experience using MVVM
-Experience in ASP.NET MVC
-Strong skills on MS SQL Server
-Experience using web services technologies and WCF
-Experience with Git and source control process
-Work with JSON and XML
-Strong skills of Microsoft Office
-Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
-Team work
-Fluent in the English language
-Ability to work efficiently both on own initiative and within a team
-Ability to deliver within strict timeframes
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ready to travel abroad
-Personal organizational skills
"Nice to have" skills and qualifications:
-Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study
-Knowledge of Xamarin
-Knowledge of Azure Platform
-Experience of working in end to end solution design
1800-3000 depending on skills and experience + 13th salary
