Our client is a CySec regulated Forex Trading Company, who has been in operation internationally for over 10 years, running operations in several countries worldwide. Please note that this company does not provide work permits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving customer queries, as well as proactively providing first class customer care across our clients. The role will involve understanding the root cause of any complaints, and working to resolve these in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction. Duties will include measuring customer operations and acting upon complaints, this will involve identifying the main issues, collating conclusions and writing response letters, identifying failures and proposing solutions for service improvements by reviewing KPI data and carrying out customer satisfaction surveys. This is a varied role and would be ideally suited to a candidate who shares our passion for achieving excellence in customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent German skills and fluency in English
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role
- Understanding of what constitutes excellent customer care, and how it can be delivered
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels and in different formats
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer care skills
- Strong investigatory skills
- Excellent Letter writing skills
- Questioning and creative approach to improving service
- Ability to deal with difficult clients and sensitive situations
- Ability to resolve complaints and satisfy clients

The working hours are in weekly rotation shifts 8 hours:
- 7:30am-15:30pm;
- 16:00 - 24:00;
- 10:00 - 18:00;
- 11am-7pm;
- 2pm-10pm;
- 23:30-07:30;
- plus more possibilities of rotation shifts - Monday - Friday
The company is offering 1,400 Euros for experienced candidates plus monthly bonus and benefits including Medical Insurance.
