Our client operates as an asset and corporate finance management company. On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for a Russian Speaking Office Administrator for their office in Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage the front desk operations
· Deal with calls and all other incoming correspondence
· Deal with copying, scanning and filing
· Assist with the preparation of several documents
· Keep agendas and schedule appointments, arrange travel reservations, transportation etc.
· Manage Office supplies
· Deal with other tasks in line with you position
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of working experience as an office administrator
· Native Russian language skills and Very Good English
· Eligible to work in Cyprus
· IT literate with MS Office Applications
· Good understanding of the preparation of Corporate Documents
· Excellent communicating and coordinating skills
· Pleasant personality with excellent telephone manner
