Role:
Chef required for our snack bar which is located in Mazotos, Larnaca that will be open from April to September/October.
We are looking for a chef that can cook typical Cypriot food. We will also give the chef an opportunity to create their own menu within Cypriot cuisine (as a daily special).
Currently our menu consists of snacks such as burgers, salads etc and breakfast but we would like to expand our menu to contain authentic Cypriot dishes.
The applicant should have relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
- creating receipes and preparing meals
- estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
- ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
- ensure good stock control
Working Hours:
Working 6 days a week. 8 – 9 hours per day.
Salary:
Competitive salary will be set according to relevant work experience.
Accommodation can be provided if required.
Good knowledge of English and Greek language.
Must have flexibility with schedule requirements.
Culinary degree preferred but not required.
