Our client is a leading international CySec Licensed Forex Trading Company with offices in a number of locations worldwide. They are looking to hire a Chinese Customer Support Representative will be providing impeccable support to customers throughout their trading experience with the company.
Responsibilities:
- To effectively support clients via chat, email or phone and leave them with a positive customer experience
- To actively assist clients in verifying their trading accounts and support in document collection
- To act as a direct point of contact and liaise between account managers and clients
- To answer queries and trading issues and provide the most effective solutions in an efficient manner
Skill Set Required:
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office and Word
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and administration skills
- Positive, patient and conscientious disposition
- Previous experience in customer support or the financial sector will be considered advantageous
- Sales techniques training will be considered advantageous
- Work permit/EU-citizenship
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 8pm. There are afternoon shifts as well (this will be explained during the interview)
