Limassol
Our client is a Fund Management with offices in Limassol.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete accurate and timely manner
• Maintain proper accounting records for the Companies with a strong sense of review
• Preparing daily reconciliations (such as Banks, Funds)
• Handling the Employee Payroll
• Preparation of Management Accounts in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation and Submission of VAT, VIES, Annual Tax Returns
• Ensuring compliance with VAT legislation, Inland Revenue Department and Social Insurance Services of the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance
• Responsible for the payment of suppliers
• Other tasks given by the Company CFO
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years’ Book Keeping Experience in the Financial Services Industry /Investment Firms (Preferably Forex Companies)
• Deep Knowledge of the Reporting Obligations to CySEC
• Knowledge in operation of the Client’s Reconciliation
• Knowledge of the Preparation and Submission of VAT, VIES, Annual Tax Returns
• Knowledge of the Preparation of Payroll and Submission to the relevant Authorities
• Experience in the Accounting and Payroll Software SAP, Logisoft will be considered an advantage
• University degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related field
• Holder of ACA/ACCA Qualification will be considered an advantage
• Computer Literate
• Excellent organizational and communicational skills at all levels of the Company
• Have a very strong team value work ethic
• Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and analysis
• Fluency in English, Russian and Greek (plus)
First date of Employment:
We expect first date of employment to be immediate upon accepting the Job offer and signing of the contract.
Remuneration:
Base Salary:
2000 EUR for the probation period
2500 EUR after passing the probation period
Based on the candidate experience and skills, we are flexible to consider a higher level of the remuneration.
Other benefits:
The Company will arrange upon completion of the probation period a health insurance coverage.
Working hours and duration:
The employment shall be in Cyprus at the registered office of the Company (Limassol).
The working hours are from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm Cyprus time with one hour lunch break.
Candidate will be entitled to fully paid annual leave in the amount of 21 (twenty-one) days each year as well as to all official public holidays in the Republic of Cyprus.
