Our client, a new Forex broker, is looking for a Key Account Manager for its office in Barcelona who will be reporting to the CMO. They are looking for a candidate who will move from Cyprus to Barcelona.
Purpose:
- Focus on growing and developing existing key clients, together with generating new business
- Key interface between key clients and the relevant departments
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
Responsibilities:
- Develop trusting relationship with clients to avoid them going to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Serve as a link of communication between customer and internal teams
- Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework
- Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements
- Maintain open and effective communications with cross-functional teams
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability

Requirements:
- Native English / Spanish/Malaysian/ Indonesian
- Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools
- Success managing dynamic account portfolios
- Effective C-level communication skills

- Project management skills
- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred
- Fluent English
- Account management experience with relationship management and negotiation skills
