Overview:
Assisting the Head of Banking and Treasury Services on a day to day basis in servicing clients’ banking requirements.
Key areas of Responsibility:
· Opening Corporate & Personal Bank Accounts with Local and Overseas Banks.
· Preparing and Executing Outgoing Payment Transfers on-line and/or electronic fax transmission
· Providing full bank Administration support to client’s request.
· Updating and maintaining bank registers and internal baking control sheets.
· Assisting in the enhancement of the Banking Procedures set-up
· Communication with banks on an Ad-hoc basis.
· Up to date knowledge on compliance issues with the Banks.
Reporting to:
Reporting to the Head of Banking and Treasury Services
Education/Experience:
· University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or any related field.
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the Professional Services Industry and/or Financial Services Industry.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
· Fluency in English language.
· Knowledge of Greek & Russian language will be considered an advantage.
· A self motivated individual, able to work independently and within a team.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and of all cultures.
· Customer Service focus.
· Strong computer skills, with good knowledge of MS Office applications.

· Thirteenth Salary (Entitlement of the thirteen salary is AFTER the probation period)
