Our Client is an independent, international tax advisory and corporate services firm with head offices located in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the group meets its targets, by regular report monitoring
- Work towards achieving set targets and strategy of the company, addressing all issues in a comprehensive manner, including:
o Product lineup
o Product development
o Product readiness for saleability
o Marketing of companies
o Process engineering
- Identify causes of underperformance
- Convey to group director specific suggestions to eliminate or correct such causes
- Identify underperformers and manage according to agreed procedure
- Manage all processes within the group to achieve set targets
- Prepare working documents, templates, letters, brochures, memos etc. especially in connection with targets, goals and related products
- Identify, prepare and finalise marketing material and organise events together with the marketing department
- Resolve all client service problems, complaints, complicated issues in flexible, proactive, comprehensive profitable manner to achieve closure, always striving to maintain and improve:
o Client satisfaction
o Client retention
o Firm image and PR
o Firm prospects for conversion
o Business development
- Identify group training needs and arrange as appropriate, in liaison with other groups
- Work with IT to achieve automation wherever possible
- Identify and review other processes which may be improved by automation or appropriate reassignment of job components to a better employee mix
- Ensure group portfolio is handled in a professional manner and there are no delays in orders
- Complete all assigned projects and report to Supervisor who assigned the project on time
- Submit completed work prior to leaving for vacation
About you:
- Law or Finance Degree, ACCA or ACA
- Thoroughly experienced with sales of products to HNW’s
- Experience with selling and servicing clients in relation to fiduciary and / or investment products
- 10 years of experience with a track record of managing teams and projects, achieving targets and budgets
- Must possess people skills in order to guide the team into meeting goals
- Ability to work under pressure
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Russian would be considered an advantage
- Must possess project management skills
