Job Description
Due to expansion of operations, our client a prominent Online Trading broker is seeking to employ a dynamic professional to assume the role of Compliance Officer in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Company’s Compliance Management Program
- Reviewing new regulations, applicable, and advise how these are affecting the office’s operations
- Ensuring compliance with obligations imposed by the regulations
- Providing guidance and training to staff on AML/CFT risk awareness
- Develop and maintain internal AML/CFT compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems
- Act as the contact officer for CySec regarding matters such as compliance and suspicion
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance in overseeing compliance procedures and advise on risk management
- Dealing with client complaints and legal matters related to compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable University in Finance/ Economics/ Law/ Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in investment trust compliance matters as well as strong knowledge of relevant regulations
- Previous experience within the FX/ Financial services sector, specifically on regulatory matters is a must
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- High attention to details.
