Our client, a big international CySEC regulated Binary Options company in Limassol, is due to their expansion looking to recruit a non-aggressive Key Account Manager. It is a big established Russian company was established 3 years ago.
Responsibilities:
- Handling new and existing clients assigned
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Completing sales/retention operational requirements
- Make welcome calls and follow-up calls to new and existing clients
- Actively following up on queries and provide feedback to customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Train and educate clients on the company's products and services.
- Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the companies offering
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
- Contributing to department by accomplishing related results as needed
- Proactively establishing and maintaining effective working to relationships with all support departments
- Maintaining current client portfolio
- Contacting new and existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and high-quality service.
- Meet management set targets (monthly/weekly)
- Providing general information to the client about the company and its services and assisting them effectively to manage their accounts
- Ensuring all procedures or processed effectively for all account related matters
- Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Ensure a high rate of successful client calls
- Strive to minimize Klein to satisfaction increase client satisfaction rate
- Report directly to department for all department functions
Requirements:
- Native German accent
- Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level
- Energetic, motivated, sympathetic, switched on, bright, willingness to learn
- EU-citizenship/Work permit
The working hours are from 11:30 to 20:00 (30 min lunch break)
The company is offering a salary of 1,400 Euros for the probation period, which is 2 months, then 1400 Euros plus individual performance payment, which can be absolutely different, from zero to several hundreds + 13th month + full medical insurance after 3 months
