Our client, a big international CySEC regulated Binary Options company in Limassol, is due to their expansion looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent. It is a big established Russian company was established 3 years ago.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting clients with the effective platform usage
- Searching and resolving all of the clients issues
- Presentation of special offers and innovations on the platform
- Collecting feedback from customers
- Correspondence with clients via e-mail
Requirements:
- Native German accent
- Experience with business phone conversations
- Developed presentation skills
- Psychological flexibility in dealing with different types of people
- Natural literacy
- Experience in sales (advantage)
- The ability to handle objections (advantage)
- Experience in the use of trading platforms (advantage)
- Energetic, motivated, sympathetic, switched on, bright, willingness to learn
- EU-citizenship/Work permit
The working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 (30 min lunch break) on Monday - Thursday and 11.00 to 20:00 on Friday
The company is offering 1,400 Euros for the probation period, which is 1 month, then 1,400 Euros plus individual performance payment, which is approximately 300-400 Euros + 13th month + extended full medical insurance and free lunches. After the probation period the salary will be about 2,100 Euros gross in total.
