Limassol
Our client, an IT Company in Limassol is looking to recruit a Product Line Manager - Commercial Networking with at least 5 years experience as product/sales manager of network equipment within the distribution sector. RELOCATION IS POSSIBLE!
Responsibilities:
- Manage current product lines - supply, inventory, pricing, margin control, relations with vendors, building sales strategies with local offices
- Analyze current portfolio and research to determine customer needs and develop new vendors
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to make sure products stay competitive
- Manage the development cycle for new products, from conceptualization to product launch
- Prepare product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and product launch strategy
- Work with management to develop long term product growth of networking brands (existing and new brands) and sales strategies for the company
- Some minor travelling could be needed.
- Required Qualifications
- Good level of understanding of networking technologies (wired and wireless) and current industry trends
- Knowledge of networking market; key vendors - strengths and weaknesses
- At least 5 years experience as product/sales manager of network equipment within the distribution sector
- Being familiar with some of the following brands: Brocade, Juniper, Huawei, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Arista, Cambium, Mellanox, Hewlett Packard networking, etc.
- Experience of working in an international environment will be considered an advantage
- Proficient user of the English language (oral and written); knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet high deadlines
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00
The company offers a gross monthly salary of 2,000-2,500 Euros plus bonus, medical insurance and provident fund.
