Senior UI Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented UI/Front End Developer to join our expanding team. We want our users to love our products so our focus is on providing a fantastic user experience. Primarily, you will be responsible for HTML, Javascript and CSS development within a cross functional team as well as promoting front end development best practices to the wider development team. You will be working closely with the Product and Business Owners, QA and back-end developers as we work in a collaborative manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Excellent understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Excellent understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Confident with Agile and SCRUM
- Excellent understanding of Grunt or Gulp
Good to have:
- Experience working in .NET
- Experience with backend technologies
- Experience with cloud services or docker will be considered as plus
- Experience of tools such as Axure, OmniGraffle or Photoshop
