Job Description/Tasks
• The ideal candidate will work closely with members of the Marketing and IT Teams and will be responsible for improving and developing the Company Website, Blog and Client area.
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface
• Own the implementation of advanced UI features
• Conducting industry research and providing recommendations for emerging trends
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Working on multiple simultaneous projects and delivering on a dynamic set of objectives and requirements, as part of a team of specialists
Job Requirements
• 3 years’ hands-on experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, Javascript/jQuery and Boostrap
• Hands-on experience in PHP
• Experience with versioning control systems such as Git or SVN
• Adobe Photoshop a must, Adobe Flash is a plus
• Ability to convert a Photoshop (.PSD) design to HTML/CSS (landing pages, email newsletters, etc) that may also include PHP code
• Knowledge of SEO and have the confidence of making website onsite changes in order to increase the page’s SERP rankings (editing HTML/PHP code, tags, meta data, etc)
• 2 years’ experience within the FX industry will be consider strong advantage
• Strong team player within a team of specialists
