Job Description:
The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for the communication with the clients and prospects for presenting the Company's services and for troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language is a Must;
- University/College Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or in Economics;
- Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered as an advantage (Polish, German, Hungarian, Czech, Italian, French, Arabic, Spanish);
- Previous online customer support experience is a Must;
- Work well under pressure and within Team spirit;
- Knowledge of the FX Market and AML procedures is a Must;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Be Computer literate, typing fast.
