Due to expansion of our services, Eltoma Corporate Services is seeking to recruit commission based Experienced Sales Team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for lead generation and sales of Eltoma Corporate Services – main focus Recruitment & HR Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promotion of the company’s products and services.
- Identify potential sales opportunities.
- Lead generation and closing of sales for HR Services – Recruitment products.
- Completion of the documentation step in the process.
- Maintains accurately the company database.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
- 1-3 years of previous successful experience in Sales preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Pro-active with strong organisational skills.
- Highly motivated, Professional and Confident.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Strong command of fluent written and spoken English & Greek language – essential, Russian as an advantage.
