A newly regulated Binary options company with international operations is looking for a number of Binary Options Customer Service Representative to join their team in Limassol. We provide our customers with the highest level of trading and platform support. We have an experienced and knowledgeable management team driving the brand forward.

We are looking for someone who will start and lead the team. Someone who is hungry for success and has the ability to work under pressure.

Required Qualifications

An understanding of the Binary Options Market

Excellent sales skills

The ability to convert new clients

·         Manage a portfolio of active accounts while also prospecting new business and maintaining the contact with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Solving customer requests and offering ideas to improve the company service.

Assisting with technical solutions and guiding the accounts.

·         Provide support to customers by answering incoming email and telephone requests.

·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Prior customer service experience in binary options/ forex - an advantage

·         Experience in customer support – A must.

·         Proven interpersonal skills, positive attitude.

·         Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

·         Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
