Rodeler Ltd is seeking to recruit a Back office Officer - French speaker in Limassol

Key Responsibilities

• Determines Call Center and Agent quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support team members
• Verifies results by measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call
• Provides feedback via Reports on Proprietary tracking program to Compliance Officer of all call monitored
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional & regulatory publications
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills & Experience

Qualifications Required:

• Universtity or College degree in any field
• Proven competency to speak Spanish and English language
• Excellent judgement and a commercially minded pragmatic approach
• First class communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to exceed expectations
• Ability in delivering solutions quickly with accuracy
• Confident and adaptable, and possessing a quick intelligence
• Team player
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excels at working at pace and tenacity to work well under pressure and with limited supervision
• Successful completion of the CySEC Basic or Advanced Examination will be considered as an advantage
• Prior experience with an Investment Firm will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of Marketing practices in Binary Options, Forex or similar will be considered as an advantage
