PROFILE
ü Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
ü 5 years working experience in the IT field as a Systems Engineer - support and implementation.
ü Able to work by himself or as a part of a team
ü Strong troubleshooting abilities.
ü Strong interpersonal skills dealing with customers
ü Effective time management, communications, decision making, presentation, performance management and organization skills.
ü Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
ü Excellent command of Greek and English.
ü Excellent verbal, writing, editing, communications, analytical and interpersonal skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following:
Ø Installing and Configuring: Windows Server 2008 – 2012R2, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and WSUS.
Ø Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2010/2007 Administration and troubleshooting
Ø Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services,
Ø NetBackup/ArcServe/Symantec or other similar backup technologies
Ø HP, IBM Server hardware
Ø Networking: TCP/IP, Firewalls, Switches
Other knowledge:
Ø Azure
Ø Office365
Ø Next Generation Firewalls/UTM devices
Ø HP Data Protector
Ø Tape libraries/Virtual tape libraries
Ø Powershell, Scripting
Ø Antivirus Solutions
Ø Windows fail-over Clustering
Ø Microsoft SQL
Ø Working knowledge and basic Configuration of CISCO Routers, VPN, Wireless Routers, Wireless Access Points
The following skills will be considered as an advantage:
Ø Working experience with Microsoft System Center
Ø Working experience with Microsoft Lync
Ø Working experience with VMWARE
Ø Working experience with Storage Systems (HP, IBM)
Ø Familiarity with PKI solutions
Ø Familiarity with Wireless solutions
Ø Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA)
Ø Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE)
Ø Server Infrastructure and/or
Ø Messaging and/or
Ø Private Cloud
OTHER DUTIES
ü Assist with Proposal preparations
ü Prepare documentation for Customers’ environment
