Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation with offices across Cyprus is currently seeking to recruit an experienced candidate for the position of Outsourcing Supervision Officer (Compliance Department) for their expanding team in Nicosia. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role is to oversee the proper and comprehensive implementation of the outsourcing agreement with our client's partners and its affiliates, through a KPI and KRI framework and an active coordination with the CEOs of the service providers.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in Law or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Compliance role within a regulated Investment Firm (Forex/Binary) or Banking institution
- Previous experience of managing communications with CySEC and/or any other regulatory authorities
- CySEC Certification/s considered a significant advantage
- Ability and willingness to carry out training in both Cyprus and abroad
- Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken)
- Excellent team player with attention to detail
