Limassol
New Superyacht Management Company, based in Limassol, will be operative soon and is looking for a presentable and experienced Office Assistant.
This is a full time position from monday til friday, 08:00 til 17:00.
Responsibilities:
- Run the office administration
- Book travels
- Customer relation on the phone and by email (Russian and English)
- Supporting the other Staff in Admin work
- Finding crew for superyachts and maintaining the crew database
- Support in book keeping
- Fluent Russian and English required, in writing and speaking. Any additional language is a plus
- Experience in Office Management
- Driving License
- Experienced with MS Office Applications like Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Any other knowledge of Software, for example Adobe, is a bonus
This position does require some travel by times to visit superyacht boat shows and to meet customers.
