Our client is a successful Russian speaking entrepreneur who will be soon relocating to Limassol.
On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for the position of a personal assistant.

Budget: up to €2000 gross per month
Main responsibilities:
· Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
· Lifestyle management such as running errands, overlooking and instructing the house cleaners and gardeners, restaurant bookings, diary organizing and management etc.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director;
- Taking dictation and minutes;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings;
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of PA experience
- Fluent in Russian and very good English and Greek language Skills
- University Degree in office/business administration or relevant an advantage
- Valid driving licence
- Excellent presentation and communicating skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal with complicated scenarios
- Very well developed organizing skills
- Ability to work out of work hours when required
- IT Literate with MS Office Applications
