Job Description
On behalf of our client, a Tax, Corporate and Accounting Service Providers we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Human Resources Administrator.

Main Duties
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local law requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records
• Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Manage the ACCA training contracts and ensure that all records and procedures are in line with ICPAC’s guidelines
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
• Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
Requirements:
• University Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2 years of HR Experience preferably in a similar environment
• Experience of dealing with challenging individuals
• Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
• Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
• Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
• Demonstrable experience in managing HR projects
• A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
