Job Description
• Handling prospective and existing clients
• Present and promote the company’s products and services
• Handling customer’s requests
• Communicating with clients through phone and emails
• Keep clients up to date with financial market conditions
• Keep clients up to date with major economic announcements
• Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening accounts and verifying customer documents
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Competencies • Must speak English fluently and be a Native speaker of one of the following languages: DUTCH • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or a related field • Previous sales experience, account management, customer support, or experience within the Forex industry or online gaming will be considered an advantage • Excellent computer skills • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment • Ability to work under pressure • Sales and Targeted oriented • Excellent communication skills • High working ethics and willingness to learn • The position offered involves residence in Cyprus
