Job Description
This unique position will allow the SMA to use their financial expertise to help grow the Trade In business in all facets of the business cycle: evaluating marketplace competition, setting business strategy, optimizing pricing and promotions. The SMA will be expected to provide business and finance acumen through financial analyses, economic modeling, scenario and sensitivity analyses, value targeting, and testing/measurement of key business initiatives. In addition, the SMA will work closely with business leaders to analyze key assumptions and drivers of performance, translate results into forward looking forecasts, and provide risk and opportunity assessments.
Candidates should be comfortable with navigating through ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, working in a fast-paced environment, and should possess excellent written and oral communication skills

Required Qualifications
• 3+ trading in Financial Markets experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related area

• Facilitate & lead the monthly forecast process
• Work with cross functional partners to evaluate the risk & opportunity
• Provide thought leadership & in depth analytics on several key initiatives within Best Buy’s Returns, Replacements, and Damages work
• Prepare and present business case’s for operational improvements and proposed capital investments
