Job Description
• Process applications for the opening of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software.
• Keep electronic record for clients.
• Provide information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company.
• Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening process as well as amending existing accounts.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation are collected and update the Company’s software about the collection of these documents.
• Forward financial matters and requests to the Accounting Department.
• Liaise with the Head of Back office for any queried issues.
• Process KYC verification for potential and existing Clients.
• Knowledge in electronic verification provider.
• Dealing with clients payment and Deposits.
• Preparing reports.

• Excellent command of English
• A relevant Degree or Qualification an advantage.
• High level of self-organized.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft office program as word, excel.
• Computer literate.
• Experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.
