Due to expansion of our services, we are currently seeking to recruit an Immigration Services Representative, on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Immigration Services to our clients.
Job Description
- Consult and assist clients on all immigration matters, and solve the clients’ queries at all steps
- Preparing/submitting all necessary documents on behalf of clients
- Accompanying clients to the Migration Department
- Liaise with Migration offices when necessary
- Draft documents
- Update knowledge on Migration Law/new procedures
- Update Company Website with new procedures/legislations.
- Maintain filing system with regards to immigration procedures and documents
- Any other migration related tasks assigned by the relevant department

Requirements/person specifications
- Previous solid experience on handling migration cases is essential
- Thorough knowledge of migration procedures for both third country/EU nationals
- Strong command of written and spoken Greek and English. Russian will be considered an advantage
- University Degree, ideally in a Business related subject
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer Oriented
- Pro-active with strong organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional and confident

A shortlist of candidates will be required to complete an assignment to assess competency in English.
