Executive Secretary – Russian Speaker (636/HRS)
€30.000 plus – per annum

A leading financial services Institution in Limassol
Responsibilities
This position is best suited for an energetic and highly professional individual who wishes to continue her career as an Executive Secretary to the Senior Executive. Key responsibilities include:
• Manage the Senior Executive’s calendar
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations; translate documents when required
• Make travel arrangements, accommodation and entertainment arrangements for the Executive and company visitors
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences and take minutes
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Manage incoming calls in an appropriate manner
• Coordinate project-based work and undertake general clerical duties
Profile of the ideal candidate
• Russian Speaker with fluency in English and Greek is a must
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary is a must
• University degree or Diploma in Secretarial studies or a related field
• Refined personality with polished business appearance
• Strong organisational skills with emphasis on multitasking
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Energetic, flexible with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet etc)
• The candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate in Limassol
Working Hours
The successful candidate will be required to work interchangeably in shifts as follows:
• Morning shift: 8:30 - 15:30
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - closing
The position requires for the candidate to be fully accessible and occasionally to work out of office hours
