The client
A well established Insurance company
Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join an already established internal audit team with direct reporting to the Director of Internal Audit. Main responsibilities include:
•Undertake audit assignments according to internal procedures and guidelines as well as to the IIA standards
•Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
•Draft audit reports, present findings and make recommendations
•Follow-up the implementation of recommendations
•Constantly keeping abreast of internal policies and procedures
Profile of the ideal candidates
•Member of a professional body (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIA)
•At least 3 years of experience in External/Internal Audit is a must. Experience in the banking or insurance sector will be considered an advantage
•Experience in Solvency II related matters will be considered an advantage
•Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
•Very good organisational and communication skills
•High levels of energy, drive and commitment
•Computer literate (MS Office)
•Very good knowledge of Greek and English
